Nordic Graduate Program

Nordic Graduate Program is a nine-month program for recent graduates or students who are about to complete their studies and are ready to work full-time. The program offers a unique development journey with training and learning sessions, visits to customers and Schneider Electric's R&D and production facilities in both the Nordic region and across Europe. You will become a part of a network of current participants and program alumni who continue to grow within the company.
