Our Warsaw head office is the beating heart for business, finance, technology, and commercial teams, driving collaboration across local, regional, and global projects. Accounting Competency Center

Our Accounting Competency Center in Poland is one of Schneider Electric’s largest finance hubs, bringing together around 230 specialists across 16 expert teams. We manage Vendor Query Management, Accounts Payable and Procure‑to‑Pay, and General Ledger and Record‑to‑Report processes, supported by Lean and Automation teams driving continuous improvement.

The center’s international character sets it apart, with about 20 nationalities represented and a strong multilingual environment. Our teams work in English, French, German, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, and Hungarian, delivering accounting services across Europe and global markets.

Business Finance Competency Center

The Business Finance Competency Center is a global finance hub of around 170 professionals working across 9 specialized teams. Our scope includes financial reporting and forecasting, R&D cash‑out analysis, and driving global finance transformation initiatives.

We stand out for our international environment, with 11 nationalities represented and an average employee tenure of 8 years. Clear career paths support growth from junior to senior levels, offering both expert and managerial opportunities. Our teams collaborate closely with business partners across Europe and beyond.

Commercial Hub

Our Commercial Hub brings together a large community of specialists across 10 divisions, including sales engineering, project management, marketing, product management, customer care, finance, services, and administrative support. With main teams based in Warsaw and additional hubs in Gdynia, Poznań, Wrocław, Kraków, and Gliwice, we operate as a nationwide network supporting customers and partners.

Our impact is driven by close collaboration, strong technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the buildings, industry, and infrastructure markets.
