Young Emiratis empowered to lead the UAE's sustainable future
In partnership with DP World, we celebrated 15 young Emiratis at The NEST in Dubai—nine students who completed a five‑month Future Sustainability Leaders Program in AI, decarbonization, and energy management, followed by a one‑month internship, and six employees who advanced through a Talent Exchange Program with mentorship and hands‑on field experience. This achievement reflects our shared dedication to Emiratization and to developing the next generation of national leaders who will drive innovation, sustainability, and meaningful impact across the region.

At Schneider Electric, we’re deeply committed to creating opportunities for women in STEM and shaping a more inclusive future for the region. Our recent FEM in STEM program at Expo City Dubai’s Women’s Pavilion, delivered in collaboration with impactiv, celebrated the graduation of 24 talented female students—the next generation of innovators, problem‑solvers, and changemakers. Their achievement reflects our broader mission to empower women, nurture emerging talent, and drive progress in sustainability, technology, and leadership.
