The Schneider Trainee Program is an internship experience designed for students who want to gain hands‑on experience while continuing their studies.
You’ll work on real projects, learn from experienced professionals, and be part of an inclusive, international environment where your ideas and contributions matter.
Are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a field related to the role
Can work 4 to 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Have morning availability, with flexible start time between 8:00 and 10:00 AM
Can sign a 6‑month internship agreement with your university or education center
Are available to start on the date mentioned in the job offer
Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Have a good level of English

Paid internship (€700–€900/month, depending on weekly hours and academic institution)
6‑month program, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months or future hiring
Time off & Flexibility
Flexible working hours (20–30 hours per week)
Possibility of remote work (up to 2 days per week, depending on the role and location)
One personal day off per month, accumulable
